catch up with a busy bee

Hey readers, I am so so sorry that I haven´t posted anything for over a week but I was really really busy. I finished my STAGE on 9th april an then I had to learn for another exam. After this I had exactly 4 days of vacation haha Wasn´t that much but I was happy that I could be with my love and simple relax and do nothing at all.
Then the summer semester at university started and as I got a very full timetable.

So as soon as univesity started I´ve been busy. I had many new courses and almost no time to workout. This semester is so stressfull I feel like I´ve lost my life during the week. When it comes to the weekend I have to admitt that I don´t do that much for university as I like to spend my time with my love, friends and family.

Currently I am in the 6th semester so it is almost time for my Bachlor thesis. BUT. ´Lucky´me I´ll start writing my Bachelor thesis in october because I changed my subject in the 5th semester from history to french so I have to manage 6 semesters in 2. So I can´t write 3 papers and my bachelor thesis. haha This semester works quite good so far. On 22july my exams started and they finish 2nd august. I NEVER had my exams in such a late periode... So it ruins my summer a little bit as I can only work 2 weeks with the kids in summercamp and this makes me a bit sad as I really love my job.

At the moment I am looking for my bibliographie and subjects for my papers. Professor meeting, discussion a subject and spending my time at the library and learning for these examans which make me quite sick ahhh. but hey only 4 to go an hello summer :D ah can´t wait haha. I mean it is my favorite season of the hair. Ni

I hope that I´ll have some time to go for a little weekend trip with my love. hopefully me.

London souvenirs

Hey you out there,
in todays post I'll show you what I brought for myself and my loves from London. I´ve already  been 3 times in London but I always find some new stuff to buy. This time is wasn't that much but better than nothing. I bought some souvenirs for me , my parents, my boyfriend and friends.

As our hotel was only 50meters away from the Kings Cross Station a freak like me can't resist not going to the Harry Potter Platform 9 3/4 store. Oooops.
I bought a box of Bertie BottsBeans & new keychain with the deadly hollows, the tales of beedle the bard, fantastic beats and were to find them & a hogwarts pen. The thin chocolate frog is from Hardys sweets store which I ll mention further down in this post so go ahead and you will find out where you can get some awesome sweets! ;)

Oxford street has to be on everybodys To-Do-List when you're visiting London & so did I. I walked through the entire Oxford street and wanted to spend all my money haha but I' ve been strong. I´ve been at  the Victoria Secret store. O-M-G so much stuff I wanted but in my opinion it is way to expensive. I mean 120£ for a wallet. Come on :P But I bought this fragrance mist and a body lotion for 24£  & it smells sooo good. Happy me.

Do you like sweets? Well then Hardys sweet shop has to be on your to do list! You can find his store in charing cross road. From chocolate, to marshmallows,  to candy and bertie botts beans you can find almost everything there what let a sweet lover heart make beat a little higher ;) For my parents I bought some chocolate.
P.s here you can buy tonns of small chocolate frogs from Harry Potter ;)

As I knew that there is a Disney Store in Oxford Street I had to step in and check if the have anything awesome from Star Wars. And they did, so I asked Michel if he wanted a ´small´ BB8 robot, Haha I know what a stupid question. Off course he did. So for cheap (in my opinion) 29 I got a sweet BB8 for him. I can tell you this little guy is awesome. Sorry for the picture haha. That´s the : ´DoyouwantBB8aspresent´ pic I sent him. hihi

And last but not least I bought myself some postcards in different museums by John William Turner, Francis Bacon, Joseph Beuys and Marcel Duchamp and a printed painting by Patrick Heron.

another year another time, same city

well well the week in London passed very fast. I am happy that I had a nice week in my favorite city.

On monday morning at 8 a.m we started our trip. First we had to go to Paris where we made a little stop and drank a cafe or tea. Then we took the Eurostar to London. We arrived at 1. p.m. We had a small hotel just in front of the Kings Cross St. Pancras Station. Our rooms were as I expected quite okay.

On our first journey we visited the St. Pancras Station, a church and made a walk to Regents Park and to end this long journey we had a yummi dinner at Euston Pub.

The second day after a comfy night we had a little breakfast and left quite early as our plan was very long. We visited Westminster Abbey, the House of Parliament the Tate Britain Museum and Buckingham Palace. After a 10hrs programm I was happy to go for some late night shopping but I didn´t find anything that evening.

On wednesday we were on top of the St.Pauls Cathedral where you can get a nice view all over London! I loved it! After that we went across the Milenium Bridge a must see for every harry potter fan ;) & visited the Tate Modern museum. OMG i L O V E D it.

We all waited for thursday because we had 1/2 day off! SHOPPING & getting the real London feeling was the plan. In the morning we visited Kew Gardens as we were 1 hour to early we had a coffee/tea and afterwards we walked through the gardens. Then at 2 p.m we finally had our freetime. We went to Hardy's sweet store where you can buy small chocolate frogs nomnom. We shopped at the oxford street stores. For ex: pull & bear, Disney, victoria secret & so on.

Friday was THE museum day we went to The National Gallery & The National Portrait Gallery and did some Covent Garden window shopping.

On Saturday we walked through the Hide Park and visited Kensington Palace & The V&A Museum. For our last evening and so our last dinner we were in little venice.

Sunday was our very last day :( we got up quite early as we had to pack our luggage and as very last Museum we visited The British Museum and took our eurostar train at 1.30 p.m.
& the 'highlight' or let me call it a disaster was that our ICE train couldn't leave the paris est station ass a TGV hurt a person on our way so we waited there for 5hrs!! Omg worst journey ever! At 12 a.m we finally rolled out of the trainstation and had to drive to Strasbourg and from there to Karlsruhe, Mannheim & finally Saarbrücken.
On monday morning at 7.30 a.m I've been in bed. FINALLY :-D

I hope you got some inspiration to visit my favorite city!

fashion motivates

evening readers,

well well last week I was looking for some clothes: a jeans and a pullover as I am leaving for london next monday I wanted to add another comfy outfit to my wardrobe but the first thing I saw & I had to buy wasn´t a jeans at all haha.  It were some fancy blue grey sporty thights and a sports bra. Ooops. Ok both is comfy but I think I ´ll look like a weirdo when I walk in fitness tight through the city.

As I had a gift card it felt sooo good to spent my money on the tights the bra and fortunately I found what I was looking for a dark blue jeans and a black pullover on which is written: Manhattan.

I love to spend money for fitness stuff but I don´t like to buy tights that cost a fortune thats why most oft the time I buy my stuff at the H&M store. haha Am I the only one? Everytime I buy gym clothes I am so motivated to try them, so I always do the next workout on the same day.

I got the tights for 20euros and a flashy yellow/ grey bra for 15 euros.  I am super happy with these two. You can´t see through the tights and the bra feels so comfy that I almost think that I am wearing any. haha

Back to morning / evening runs

yep I am finally back to my morning / evening runs. At the moment I am working to get my internship certificate. So I am working for 6 weeks in a stationery / library. This means 7 hrs standing and ´running´ around and dealing with customers. But I like it as I get on very well with my work collegues and I know what I have to do. As the shop is on two floors I am running down & upstairs a hundred times a day. So that´s already a little workout.

I don´t go to the gym when I am staying in Luxembourg that´s why I do my beloved morning an evening runs again. I get up at 6:45 a.m or I leave the house at 8 p.m to go for a run before or after work. noexcuses ! ;) I love to run through my village in the morningo r evening when nobody is outside and I don´t need to pay attention on other people.

I put my shoes on, turn the music on and the world off. For me there is no better feeling than running with some good music and forget about everything else.
For me a good run is when I forget that I am running and why I am.
I don´t even care about the weather anymore, if I wanna go for a run I go. The most important thing is that you have to stop to compare yourself with others. You do this for yourself and not for others.

I am even more motivated at the moment cause I got some new stuff to workout. It isn´t much but for me it is enough to be motivated. I ll show you what I´ve got in my next post so stay tuned.

Countdown to the Queen

YESSS,
as you might already discovered in the title I am going to London AGAIN haha ooops sorrynotsorry. But this time I ll be there without my love. I´ll stay there for one week with university, from 14-20 march. As I am a history of arts student I have to participate in a excursion for 6 days & this semester they ´offer´a trip to London. (no it´s not for free, unfortunately) Well it is still much better to leave for one week than always go away for 1-2 days...

Our plan is quite hugh. Thanks to our professor. Anyway I am there to see some Art I´ve never seen before as Michel is not such a Igotoevermuseumfan ;)

One afternoon we can do what we want & I got already a plan
1. go to a vegan restaurant called Tibits (there will be a review when I am back so stay tuned)
2. of course go to platform 9 3/4 and buy again some Harry Potter stuff for me and my friends. Bertie Botts & chocolate frog for sure ;)
3. Visit the Fenchurch 20-or also known as the walkie-talkie building
4. Visit again the Princi restaurant in Soho
5. have a good cup of english tea in covent garden
6. walk through London

Well I know this is a lot for one afternoon/ evening haha but hey a marathon through London sounds good. No?

I´ll definetly go for 2 morningruns along the Thamse while staying there
I am already soooo excited as always

Only 17 days to go!!
